Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with children in a school-based setting. The role includes delivering high-quality behavioral interventions and supporting students' goals under IEPs/504 plans.

You will evaluate and document progress, supervise RBTs, and participate in a supportive mentorship program with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, behavior analysis).
• State BCBA license and eligibility to practice in Illinois.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality behavioral services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write comprehensive reports to identify strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others implementing behavior-analytic interventions.
