Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and PBIP design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs using comprehensive skills assessments.
• Perform FBAs and design PBIPs to address challenging behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians on ABA delivery.
• Collaborate with families and professionals across home, school, and clinic.
