As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise paraprofessionals, monitor progress with data, and provide parent training while collaborating with families and team members to support client success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Experience working with children in ABA, behavioral health, or special education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Oversee and support paraprofessionals.
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Develop individualized treatment programs and behavioral strategies.
