Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Colorado Springs team. The role focuses on conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and coordinating services for children with autism and related developmental needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, is BCBA-certified (or in process), and has 1–2+ years of ABA experience. On-site work is required with some home visits; competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis required.
• 1–2+ years of ABA experience.
• Experience working with children in clinic and/or at-home settings.
• Be able to work onsite (mostly) or in the home.
• Must pass required state and company background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop and implement BIPs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Supervise and train RBTs in implementing BIPs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated services.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify BIPs.
• Stay up-to-date on ABA therapy best practices.

• Must pass required state and company background checks
• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities
