Job summary

Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Shamokin Campus. The BCBA will provide ABA assessment, design behavior support plans, and supervise RBTs and ABA Therapists for children, adolescents and adults with autism and related disabilities.

The role requires BACB ethics compliance, supervision duties, and collaboration with caregivers, clinical staff and families. The position follows a 10-month academic year with a typical school-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Education, Special Education, Behavior analysis or related field.
• Valid Behavior Specialist License.
• 3 years work experience with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Comply with BACB Ethics Code and supervise implementation of ABA programs.
• Administer and supervise behavioral assessments (VBMAPP, EF/L).
• Develop individualized goals for home, community and center programs.
• Train and supervise RBTs and ABA Therapists.
• Provide supervision for credentialing BCBAs and conduct regular meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation and ensure client progress reporting.
• Manage a caseload with up to 10 students and maintain billable hours.
