Job summary

Marlborough Public Schools in Marlborough, MA is seeking a certified BCBA for a district-wide position assigned to multiple school buildings. The role focuses on developing and implementing behavioral IEP goals for students on the autism spectrum and/or with behavioral challenges.

The BCBA will collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists and support staff, provide training on ABA and ABLLS, and contribute to data-driven program development across the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• BCBA certified with credentials.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Massachusetts SPED licensure preferred and bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in writing and implementing educational programs for students on the autism spectrum and/or with behavioral challenges.
• Write behavioral programs based on a functional behavioral assessment to determine the function of behavior noted.
• Research and implement ABA curriculum models with favorable outcomes for autism and behavioral challenges.
• Develop PD for teachers and staff in ABA and ABLLS-related topics and assist with ABLLS administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve programs and procedures and develop data-driven reports.
