Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve students in a school setting in Berlin, NH.

The BCBA will supervise ABA Therapists/RBTs and provide direct services as needed, while developing and monitoring behavior support and treatment plans. The role includes collaboration with a clinical director team, program development, and data-driven decision making using our online data system.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Master’s Degree in ABA or related field.
• Required Experience: ABA programming and direct services preferred; experience with data collection.
• Required License or Certification: BCBA certification and 8-hour BACB supervision modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA supervision and training for ABA Therapists/RBTs in school settings.
• Develop, implement, monitor progress of client behavior support plans and treatment plans.
• Support/lead data-driven interventions using our online data system.
