Arbor Associates seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support adults with ASD/IDD/ABI across eight Central Massachusetts residential homes. You will design and oversee behavior support plans, ensure on-site fidelity, and lead staff training with a focus on real-world implementation.

This clinical placement offers contract or contract-to-hire options, requiring on-site work across multiple sites and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to meet regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Residential experience with ASD/IDD/ABI strongly preferred.
• Ability to implement behavior plans on the floor with fidelity.
• Experience working across multiple program sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for adults across eight residential sites.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and translate findings into practical interventions.
• Provide ongoing training and consultation to direct care staff on plan implementation and data collection.
• Analyze behavioral data, adjust programming, and document progress per standards.
• Collaborate with program directors, nurses, case managers, and families.
• Ensure compliance with MA licensing standards, BACB ethics, and relevant DDS/DMH requirements.
