Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts to support Day and Residential programs. The BCBA coordinates ABA services, conducts FBAs and FA analyses, and guides DSP staff with Behavior Support Plans.

The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor within Clinical & Behavioral Services. A Master’s degree and active LABA/BCBA credentials are required, with travel across sites and DDS compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and BACB-approved supervisor
• Minimum 3 years professional ABA experience and 2 years in a management role (Master’s level)
• 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, daily car use, available by phone

Responsibilities

• Develop Universal Positive Behavioral Supports for consumers, staff and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement PBSP/PBIP behavior plans.
• Create psychotropic medication treatment plans for individuals with clinical diagnoses.
• Review data regularly to ensure appropriate treatment; adjust as needed.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses when requested.
