Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas seeks licensed BCBA to join our clinical team and provide clinic-based ABA services. You will supervise treatment implementation, conduct assessments, and develop individualized behavior programs for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and in good standing.
• Must obtain and maintain Texas BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment to ensure satisfactory protocols.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs for patients.
• Conduct descriptive and functional analyses as part of functional assessments.
• Write behavior intervention plans for behavior reduction targets for patients.
• Develop and write initial treatment plans and update plans per guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support for patients in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Evaluate and report patient progress toward treatment goals and oversee discharge plans.
• Conduct parent/caregiver trainings monthly and group trainings as needed.
• Attend department and interdisciplinary staff meetings.
• Maintain BCBA certification by acquiring continuing education.
• Obtain and maintain state licensure.
• Abide by the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
