Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
• Previous ABA Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
