Job summary

Key Autism Services - Alabama is seeking licensed BCBA professionals to join a mission-driven team delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and families. You will uphold high clinical standards, manage reasonable caseloads, and enjoy flexible scheduling across home- and center-based settings.

Qualifications

Must have BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial assessments and progress evaluations, and write treatment and behavior support plans.
Monitor and adjust individualized plans to ensure outcomes and data-driven decisions.
Provide supervision, training, and feedback to BTs/RBTs and families to support plan implementation.
