Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a full-time capacity in Decatur, IL. You will design, implement, and supervise ABA-based programs for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's degree, and at least 1 year of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Active and current BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other team members.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and data collection.
• Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and training.
