BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Schaumburg, IL to evaluate clients, design and implement ABA therapy plans, and ensure accurate data collection. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful skill acquisition and behavior change.

You will supervise therapy progress, prepare reports for insurers, and participate in parent training, with flexible scheduling and generous benefits included.

Formación

• BACB National Certification is required.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with ABA therapy programming and data collection.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial evaluations to determine appropriate programming and therapy plan.
• Maintain comprehensive therapy plans with long- and short-term goals.
• Prepare reports for insurance requests as needed.
• Arrange parent meetings to train and communicate with families.
• Maintain supervision for each client weekly.
