Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking candidates for its ABA Apprentice program in Conroe, TX to bridge graduate work and the BCBA role. You will learn under seasoned BCBAs, gain fieldwork hours, and follow a tailored readiness plan toward the BCBA exam.

Role includes direct client work under supervision, mentorship, and structured growth into leadership or clinical specialties within the company.

Qualifications

• BACB verifed Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
