Job summary

Little Champs ABA seeks a BCBA Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality assurance and staff compliance across multiple states. This leadership role works under the Clinical Director to sustain clinical excellence and operational support.

The candidate should be a licensed BCBA with strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of guiding trainings, orientation, and ongoing staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance processes for BCBA and RBT documentation and compliance.
• Monitor hours and supervision requirements across staff and states.
• Coordinate trainings and orientations; support onboarding and materials development.
• Assist audits, compliance reviews, and maintenance of organized records.
• Lead with Clinical Director on policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
