Job summary

Acorn Health in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Program Supervisor to increase access to care in the Murfreesboro area. You will oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery and lead a team of Therapists and Technicians.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop and oversee client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data, progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training on interventions to staff.
