Job summary

Acorn Health in Broomall, PA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as a Program Supervisor to expand access to care. You will oversee assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, and lead clinical teams across centers, homes, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians, and delivering data-driven interventions with a client-centered approach in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs to analyze data and measure progress.
• Observe program implementation and provide training on interventions as needed.
• Work with families providing training and support.
• Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to implement best practice interventions.
• Promote awareness of ASD and ABA through training and presentations.
