Job summary

Acorn Health in the Detroit metro area is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor to expand access to care in Saint Clair Shores and surrounding communities. You will lead clinical operations, supervise Behavior Technicians, and guide assessment and treatment delivery in centers, client homes, and community settings.

Candidates should hold a BCBA certification, a master’s degree in ABA, and experience with children and families, with strong English communication, collaboration, and data-driven

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Reliable transportation and driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
  • Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
  • Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor and review client programs, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide training on interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and schools to support treatment across settings.
  • Promote ABA knowledge through training and presentations.
