Job summary

NovaCare Kids Pediatric Therapy in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a full-time Program Director - BCBA to lead a pediatric ABA program.

You will conduct assessments, supervise BTs/RBTs, hire and train staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver ABA, PT, OT, and speech services. Starting salary is $80,000 with incentives; schedule is Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required trainings and compliance with government regulations.
• Hire and train Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Market, schedule and coordinate services for pediatric clients.
• Provide ongoing supervision to BTs and RBTs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
