Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases, managing 10-20 hours/week.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Train and coach RBTs in ESDM therapy.
