Job summary

Tier1usa is hiring a Lead Case Supervisor at the Paradise Valley Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ. This role is for those enrolled in a Master's program for ABA, providing a pathway to BCBA licensure with support from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours for BCBA eligibility.
• Demonstrate excellent family rapport as a behavior therapist.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases.
• Update client goals utilizing the electronic data collection platform.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans based on assessments.
