A leading autism care provider in Phoenix is seeking a Case Supervisor (Practicum Student) to supervise client cases and support trainees in their journey to becoming BCBAs. The role includes providing direct supervision to RBTs, engaging in clinical training, and conducting therapy sessions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay between $25.50 - $32.50 per hour, plus benefits and incentives for professional growth.

Formación

• Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program for ABA.
• 400-600 hours remaining of practicum hours to qualify for BCBA Exam.
• Emerging skills in client programming and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as case supervisor for client cases and set client goals.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Conduct direct client therapy.
