A leading autism service provider in Phoenix is looking for a Case Supervisor to support children with autism and their families. This in-person role is ideal for those enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA and requires supervising RBTs and conducting client therapy. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport with families.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases.
• Update client goals and programming with electronic data collection.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new and established clients.
• Conduct direct client therapy.
