Qualifications
Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for ABA.
Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible for the BCBA Exam.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport with families.
Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.
Responsibilities
Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases.
Update client goals and programming with electronic data collection.
Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
Write Behavior Intervention Plans.
Conduct and write assessment reports for new and established clients.
Conduct direct client therapy.
