Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible for the BCBA Exam.
• Skills in building rapport with families as a behavior therapist.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization and planning.
• Emerging skills in supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals using electronic data collection.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans utilizing PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families to support treatment guidance.
