Qualifications
Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
Within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible for the BCBA Exam.
Skills in building rapport with families as a behavior therapist.

Emerging skills in supervising RBTs.
Responsibilities
Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
Update client goals using electronic data collection.
Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
Write Behavior Intervention Plans utilizing PFA and SBT.
Meet with families to support treatment guidance.
