Job Summary:

At Strides ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional in-home services across the state of New Jersey. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ABA care to children by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's unique circumstances.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and related areas.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification (Required)
  • Experience working with children in a ABA clinical or in-home setting
  • Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health
