Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services in New Jersey is seeking a BCBA to conduct comprehensive ABA assessments and supervise RBTs, while coordinating with families to implement individualized treatment plans.

You will monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain compliant documentation, educating families on behavior strategies to support their child’s development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.

• Educate families on behavioral strategies and interventions to support their child's development.

Requirements

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
