Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for flexible hourly work, including in-person and remote cases. The role emphasizes clinical excellence while offering scheduling freedom and supportive staffing coordination.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating evidence-based plans, supervising staff, and ensuring compliant documentation. The position supports meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
