Applied ABC is seeking a per diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver individualized ABA services with flexible scheduling, whether in-person or remote. You will oversee assessments, design treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to advance meaningful progress for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

This role offers the freedom to set your schedule while maintaining high clinical standards and comprehensive documentation.

Formación

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
