Job summary
A healthcare provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for their Learning Centers in North Carolina. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $115,000 annually, flexible scheduling with full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, dental and health insurance, and a 401K plan. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, develop behavior plans, and ensure compliance with various regulations.
Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.
Current BCBA Certification from the BACB.
Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
Ability to maintain positive learner and family interactions with high professionalism.
Responsibilities
Supervise ABA staff while ensuring dignity and privacy for clients.
Monitor skill-building interventions for children with autism.
Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing.
Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA therapy.
Improve client service and satisfaction through various projects.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
