A healthcare provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for their Learning Centers in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, develop behavior plans, and ensure compliance with various regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
• Ability to maintain positive learner and family interactions with high professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ABA staff while ensuring dignity and privacy for clients.
• Monitor skill-building interventions for children with autism.
• Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA therapy.
• Improve client service and satisfaction through various projects.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
