Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) seeks a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting. The role includes conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and coaching staff to implement strategies effectively.

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students.
• Provide direct behavior support, modeling, and coaching to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success across the school day.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavior data to guide decision‑making and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train school teams on evidence‑based practices, crisis prevention, and positive behavior supports.
