Job summary

A community health organization in Coos Bay, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for clients with autism. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, significant experience in pediatric ABA, and be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including a $5,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience working in healthcare providing pediatric ABA services.
• Solid working knowledge of the foundations and applications of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Successful clearance of all federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
• Provide training to parents/guardians on treatment techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation associated with client files.
