Job summary

Childrens Aba is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Voorhees, NJ on a part-time basis. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, and collaborating with a team for effective, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with BCBA certification required.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Communicate regularly with families.
