Job summary

Childrens Aba in Jackson, NJ is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves delivering evidence-based ABA practices to improve the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work in a collaborative environment with access to supervision and peer support.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, current BCBA certification, and NJ state licensure. Compensation is between $90.00-$110.00 per hour, with manageable caseloads and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify treatment programs based on ABA principles.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals.
• Ensure accurate data collection for all target behaviors.
• Analyze treatment data regularly to guide decision-making.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Communicate regularly with families on progress and challenges.
