Childrens Aba in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team part-time. This hybrid role involves providing in-person and telehealth services to improve the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The ideal candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, develop personalized behavior plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care. Compensation ranges from $90-$130 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NJ.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement treatment programs based on ABA principles.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
