Job summary

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Middleburg, FL. This full-time role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and families within a collaborative pediatric setting.

You’ll conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise clinicians while partnering with families to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education or related field.
• Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment recommendations based on progress.
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide parent and caregiver education and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
