Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Caldwell, ID is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead 1:1 ABA therapy for pediatric clients. The role includes designing and monitoring intervention plans, participating in parent and IEP meetings, and ensuring client safety across sessions.

Responsibilities include initial assessments, data collection, program revisions, and supervising RBTs. The clinic emphasizes compassionate, collaborative therapy and value-driven care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Insurance ABA requirements and billing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions.
• Design, implement, and monitor intervention plans.
• Attend parent team meetings, IEP meetings, trainings and other requested meetings.
• Ensure safety of clients, staff and others at all times.
• Complete initial assessments and authorization reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with functional analyses and skills/developmental assessments.
• Create data sheets to monitor progress and behaviors.
• Revise client programming and behavior intervention plans as directed.
• Design and ensure implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
