You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families, and ensure consistent, high‑quality ABA services across home, school, and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes data-driven treatment planning, ongoing professional development, and coordination with insurance providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from BACB.
• Strong understanding of ABA and experience designing PBIPs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
