Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a home-based permanent role in California. The position focuses on designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with ASD, with a capped caseload and no weekend shifts.
A monthly bonus and sign-on bonus are offered, along with generous benefits and relocation support. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of ABA experience.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Minimum 2 years of ABA therapy experience, including work with ASD.
- CPR and First Aid certification and ability to clear a background check.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized ABA plans.
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Provide direct therapy services as needed.
- Conduct parent training and ongoing family support.
- Maintain accurate client progress records.
- Adhere to BACB guidelines and ethics.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
