Job summary

Ascend-Rehab-In seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinics in Livermore, Hayward, and Union City, CA. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA-based interventions for children, collaborating with speech, occupational, and education teams to support development.

This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$95,000 per year, based on experience. You will train families to implement strategies, monitor progress with data, and uphold BACB ethics

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• BCBA certification is required and BACB ethical standards must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Train parents and caregivers to apply behavior strategies.
• Monitor data and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with SLP, OT, early intervention specialists, and educators to ensure integrated care.
