Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Hayward, Union City, and Livermore clinics.

You will develop, implement, and oversee ABA-based intervention plans for children, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support development. This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Location: Livermore, Hayward, and Union City clinics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
• Train parents and caregivers to implement behavior strategies.
• Monitor data and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain ethical and professional BACB standards.
