Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a full-time BCBA in Nassau and Suffolk counties to lead assessments, design intervention plans and supervise therapists. You will work with families to set meaningful goals and ensure data-driven progress, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and program integrity.

The role requires BCBA and LBA credentials, a master's degree in a relevant field, and at least one year of supervision experience, with availability afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• BCBA and LBA are required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Must be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases with feedback.
• Clinically review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence.
• Conduct therapist training and create content for social media.
