Job summary

Jobot in Concord, NC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for individuals with autism and related needs. This full-time role partners with medical professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care and requires at least 3 years’ ABA experience.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, train families, maintain records, and adhere to BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
• Strong data interpretation and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of BACB guidelines and ethical standards.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct care staff.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Deliver direct therapy services as needed.
• Provide parent training and ongoing family support.
• Maintain accurate client progress records.
