Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy services at our forthcoming Concord clinic. You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and oversee therapy delivery by RBTs/BTs, ensuring evidence-based practices are followed.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with families, obtain NC BCBA licensure within 30 days, and contribute to a growing, play-based pediatric program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• NC BCBA license and BACB certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of ABA therapy by RBT/BT team.
• Coordinate with families and pediatric staff to support progress.
