Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our pediatric autism therapy team in Merrillville, IN. You will design individualized intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and mentor clinical staff within a fully equipped center, collaborating daily with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Formación

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
• Certification: Active BCBA credential in good standing (Required).
• Licensure: State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, POC updates, and admin tasks during WFH days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training to families to ensure home and clinical consistency.
