Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking clinicians to advance along a structured Clinician Compass pathway toward BCBA certification. You’ll receive paid supervision, exam prep days, and incentives for completing your Masters and passing the BACB exam. Early onboarding includes 60+ hours of training and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in Clinician Compass pathway with paid fieldwork and monthly mentorship.
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, assess progress, and solve problems under BCBA guidance.
• Mentor behavior technicians, support their growth, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
