Job summary

Autism Learning Partners seeks aspiring BCBA professionals to join our Clinician Compass Program in Asheboro, NC. You will work under BCBA supervision, gaining hands-on fieldwork, mentorship, and paid exam prep as you progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA or related program.
• Experience using software solutions for data collection and programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA supervision.
• Provide parent education and progress reports, and conduct assessments.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians to implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities across a dynamic caseload.
