Residential Opportunities, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Analysis Support Specialist to provide direct ABA services to youths with developmental needs in Galesburg, MI. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA staff to support clients and families.

The role offers paid training, supervision, and benefits after 90 days, with a clear path toward BCBA supervision hours and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Enrollment in approved Behavior Analysis program or accruing supervision hours for BCBA/BCaBA per BACB guidelines.
• Eligible to begin BCBA supervision hours within 30 days of hire.
• Good standing with BACB for active certifications (BCaBA or RBT).
• Ability to pass background checks and meet contractual standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral intervention sessions (ages 12 months to 21 years).
• Implement individualized treatment plans to teach early learning, social, and communication skills.
• Supervise implementation of behavior intervention plans and document progress.
• Assist with daily living and self-care skills as needed.
• Support BCBA tasks and oversee treatment plan delivery by RBTs.
• Meet BACB hours requirements and receive supervision from a BCBA.
• Contribute to ongoing center research projects and data presentation.
