We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Champions ABA - MA in Somerville, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
As a BCBA at Champions ABA - MA, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
Conducting assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement
Providing direct intervention services to clients in their natural environments
Collaborating with family members and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
Monitoring client progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
0+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably with children and adolescents
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on client-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and staff
Hourly rate with room to grow: $70-$95 hourly
