Job Summary
Champions ABA - MA is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Malden, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related developmental disabilities
- Provide ABA therapy services in-home and in community-based settings, utilizing evidence-based methods and techniques
- Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients and their families
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and agency requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and research in the field
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Positive experience working with individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) and Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) guidelines and regulations
